Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed from TechSoVibe due to an incorrect DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your contact information, including your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on TechSoVibe.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in [Your Jurisdiction], and a willingness to accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
